Philadelphia-based soprano Olivia Prendergast is a versatile singer known for her agility and sparkling tone. Olivia is an avid believer in the beauty of contemporary music, and seeks out unique projects across genres.

Some of the highlights of the 2023-2024 season included stepping in as Marie de’Medici in Phillip Glass’ Galileo Galilei at TheOpera Theatre of St. Louis. There, she was also the cover for Cleopatra in Julius Caesar by Handel. After her summer in St. Louis, Olivia was recruited to join The Glimmerglass Opera Festival to cover Calisto in La Calisto by Cavalli. She also joined East Passyunk Opera Project in Philadelphia’s Annual summer series “The Arts on Center Stage” in front of City Hall, singing Juliette, Morgana, Adele and Ariel the Little Mermaid. Originally from the Philadelphia-area, she also was privileged to sing the National Anthem for her home team, the Phillies.
